Teaching music and the trumpet is about what you want it to be about.  I love having students that want to become professional trumpet players.  I also love teaching students that play simply for the love of music.  If you tell me where you want to be as a player, I'll tell you how to get there.  Whether you get there or not is up to you and how much work you're willing to put in.

I have taught students as young as third grade up to college age at SRU and even beginner adults.  There are challenges and rewards to teaching everyone and I tailor my teaching methods to cater to each student as an individual.

I teach out of my home in Gibsonia, in an office devoted to music.  Lessons range from 30 minutes to an hour depending on level of student and the amount of practice you do.  As with all other aspects of teaching I tailor the experience to fit your specific needs.
